Local SCP network hardness tester digitalization

Through AMS AS2 compact measuring system, Skoda RB-1 or type Kabid-Press KB1500 etc., hardness tester digitalization is made. Hardness is measured in HRC, HRA and HRB units. Manual servicing is maintained, operating staff work according to actual messages displayed on testing device. Measured values can be processed in SPC system through data collection network.

Hardening hardness is measured in HRC, HRA and HRB units by current Czech Skoda RB-1 and polish Kabid-Press KB1500 hardness testers. Measured values can be processed in SPC system through data collection network.

Measuring method :

Measuring method and work procedure remains the same. Device acoustically signalizes particular measuring phases, i.e. desired tension achievement and measuring completion. Final measured values are displayed on attached AMS AS-2 electronic equipment. Through AMS local collection network, separate workplaces can be interconnected with superior computer in order to process all measured data through statistical program according to ISO 9000 standard.

Measuring cycle time period and accuracy :

Measuring cycle time period and evaluation process remains stable compared to ordinary measuring method.
Error rate of measured hardness value evaluation doesn't reach more than two per-cent of the whole measured range.
