Tyre run- out measuring

There is an example of AMS tyre run- out measuring system in the picture supplemented to standard balancing machine with manual service.Tyre run- out measuring is carried out simultanously with wheel balancing measuring. After balancing measuring initiation, measuring probes are automatically put to specified position.Tyre run- out measuring results are depicted and evaluated on AMS control system screen. Completion of tyre run- out measuring system can be provided for all current balancing machine.Completed balancing machines like this are used mainly in the firms delivering new wheels for car factories.They also enable manual balancing a tyre run- out control adapted for repairs and verification process outside of automatical production line.
