Insulation state checking of the clamper auxiliary contacts by high voltage application
Semi-automatic tester of auxiliary clamper contact insulation state by high voltage application. PC-based control system checking through HA2200D high voltage tester.
Application :
- selective checking of the clamper auxiliary contacts assembly is carried out by 3.5 kV voltage AC
- insulation test of each contact pole set in both working positions:
-among terminals of adjoining poles when contacts are being clamped
-among terminals of one pole when contacts are being opened - hundred-per-cent test documentation including error identification
When more different types of the auxiliary contacts are continuously tested, the tester should be simply and quickly adapted for each of them. The rapidity of the test isn't very important due to its sampling character.
The control system is based on PC software in Windows environment. The device contains databases of produced auxiliary contacts, measuring configuration including permitted measuring deviation, actually measured data as well as error states.
This way, PC device enables keeping hundred-per-cent production documentation and connecting to SPC and SQC systems.
HA2200D device is configured via the RS232 interface and is controlled by binary inputs and outputs. Input parameters scanning can be made through bar-code reader.
