Automatic piston ring diametrical force control station

Automatic station is made of AL-profile frames and relevant control section with an appropriate mechanics for input and output handling. From 25 to 135mm wide and from 1 to 6mm high piston rings are automatically transferred from input loader to specific measuring position. There the force, diametrically upright effecting on piston ring and gripping it up to the specified diameter, is detected. When comparing actual and permitted measured values, AMS AM6 electronics equipped with 6.5-inch colour LCD screen, controls ring separation into three groups and their automatic transfer to appropriate output loaders. The station also contains Ethernet network interface designated for connection to
internal LAN net.
