Car valve checking automatic measuring station

Automatic station is made of AL-profile frames, several control sections and an appropriate mechanics for input and output handling. In general, fifteen important geometrical parameters are dynamically checked. Consequently crack presence at specified valve places is non-destructively flaw detected by PS-ECM Statograph device. Consequently valve spindle hardening is flaw detected by ECM Magnatest device. At measuring station output, there are fourteen output loaders adapted for particular flaw detection. Detected flawless valves are transferred on rotating table by manipulator for final visual checking before being dispatched. Station cycle doesn't take more than 4.5 sec. The station is also equipped with Ethernet net interface for connection to internal LAN net.
